Double-Row Balls Slewing bearings
CHARACTERISTIC OF STRUCTURE,PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATION
The double-row slewing ring has three seat-ring .the steel balls and spacers may be directly arranged into
the upper and lower raceways. two rows of steel balls with different diameters are fitted according to the
load.Such open mode fitting featurextraordinary convence .the load angles of both upper and lower race are
90, which enable the bearing to bear large axial force the resutant moment. crossed roller bearing, crossed
roller bearings .When the radial force is large than 1/10 of the axial force the raceways should be especially
designed. As the axial and radial dimension of the double-row ball slewing rings are rather large, the bearing
construction is sturdy,hence it is especially suit able for tower cranes which requiring working diameter over
medium range, mobile cranes and loading and unloading machines. crossed roller bearing, crossed roller bearings
Notes:
1. n1-number of lurbricating holes, evenly distributed, lubricating nipple M10×1GB1152-1153-79.
2. Mounting hole n-φ, may be replaced with screw hole, tooth width b may be taken as H-h.
3. Gear force of periphery given in the table is its maximum value, nominal force of periphery is taken 1/2 of the given value.
4. The trim top coefficient of outer and inner tooth is 0.1 and 0.2, respectively.
Gear heat treatment forms
Due to the need of transmission power or torque of slewing bearing, there are usually teeth in a ferrule. The general state of heat treatment of gear is normalizing or tempering. And the tooth surface and tooth root is IF Quenching.
