Deep groove ball bearings
1) Structure and Characteristics
A widely used bearing, the deep groove ball bearing takes its name from the formed on both the inner and ourer rings of the bearing. The bearings can sustain radial and axial loads and the resultant forces of these loads and they are suitable for high speed operation.
The dimensional table below represents the various cage models and specialshapes.Drawing A is the pressed cage;drawing B shows the machined cage;drawingsC through F show the position and shape of the notch on the inner ring;anddrawing G shows a bearing with the key groove on the machined cages are used forlarger sized bearings, or bearings for high speed rotation.
Except open bearings, most bearings manufactured by our company have shields orseals installed in both sides and are packed with a lubricant.Such bearings cansimplify the structure around them and also their installation. It alsoeliminates the needs for relubricaton. Therefore, it reduces maintenancecost.

Materials for cages
The materials for cages must have strength to withstand rotation atload and shock load. Low frictional efficiency light weight and be able towithstand operation temperature. The material used in ribbon cages or crowncages is 08F or SPCC pressed .It is chemical composition is shown for extra-highspeed application. Plastic cages such as glass reinforced polymide are used. These plastic crown have the advantages of low torque, long grease lefe and lownoise, etc.
2) Shielded bearings
Z , ZZ: No seal grooves in inner rings
The curled shield plate of this type has its outer edge pressed into a shield groove in the outer ring.
ZL, ZZL: With seal grooves in inner rings
The curles shield plate of this type has its outer edge pressed into a shield groove in the outer ring.
Another, the shield plate can also be held in the shield grooves of outer rings by a snap ring.
3) With contact sealed bearings
Rs, 2RS: With seal grooves in inner rings.
LS, 2LS: No seal grooves in inner rings.
4) Non-contact sealed bearings
RZ, 2RZ: No seal grooves in inner rings.
LZ, 2LZ: There are seal grooves in inner rings.
